DigiMarCon Dublin Exhibitor Guide: Professional Display and Signage Solutions

DigiMarCon no longer runs a separate Dublin edition. The Irish event is now part of DigiMarCon UK & Ireland, and the next one runs on 2 to 3 September 2027 at the InterContinental London Park Lane Hotel, as listed on the official DigiMarCon events page.

If you're an Irish business thinking about exhibiting, you're now planning for a conference in a London hotel, not a short trip across Dublin. That changes what you book and how you build your stand. From where we sit, it also changes what display kit you should order. Here's how we'd approach it.

DigiMarCon UK & Ireland 2027: key dates and exhibitor details

The organiser has published the 2027 dates and venue. The agenda, opening hours, stand packages and prices aren't out yet. The table below covers what is confirmed.

Detail DigiMarCon UK & Ireland 2027
Dates 2 to 3 September 2027
Venue InterContinental London Park Lane Hotel, One Hamilton Place, Park Lane, London W1J 7QY
Format Two-day conference and exhibition, attended in person or online
Opening hours and exhibitor access Not yet published for 2027
How to exhibit or sponsor Through the organiser's Sponsorship Inquiries form

Exhibition hours, set-up and breakdown times usually reach exhibitors in the organiser's own documents, so don't plan your travel around conference session times. Ask for exhibitor access times when you enquire, and book flights once you have them.

What exhibitors can expect at DigiMarCon

DigiMarCon is an international series of two-day conferences on digital marketing, media and advertising. Each one pairs keynotes, panels and master classes with an exhibition. The organiser says its exhibition areas feature MarTech, AdTech, SaaS and digital tools companies. That tells you who the room is built around: marketers and agency teams looking at the software and services they could use next.

That matters for your stand. Visitors walk between sessions with little time, and many will compare several tools in the same afternoon. The stands that do well at this kind of event say clearly, from the aisle, what problem they solve and for whom. Clever wordplay and long feature lists get skipped.

Whatever the crowd size, we'd go for fewer, better conversations rather than collecting as many badge scans as possible.

How to book a stand or sponsorship

Exhibiting and sponsorship go through the DigiMarCon Sponsorship Inquiries form, not the attendee registration page. The organiser replies with package details. Stand sizes, prices, deadlines and stand rules all come from the organiser, so here's the order we'd work in:

  1. Complete the enquiry form and request the current sponsorship prospectus.
  2. Ask for a written quotation, with VAT and any extras shown separately.
  3. Get the stand footprint, shell or space-only details and any height limit in writing.
  4. Confirm the delivery address, the dates the hotel accepts deliveries, and build-up and breakdown times.
  5. Sign the booking agreement, then brief us on your graphics.

Step three is the one we'd never skip. Please don't order a backdrop until you know the exact stand dimensions. We'd much rather print your graphics once, at the right size.

Display kit that travels well to a London hotel

A stand in a hotel ballroom is usually small, and you'll be getting everything there by plane, ferry or courier. That rules out heavy, rigid builds. Our advice is one strong backdrop, one or two banners, a counter and a dressed table, all of which pack into bags or cases.

For the backdrop, a straight tension fabric display gives you a seamless wall of colour. It packs down small, and the fabric graphic doesn't crease badly in transit. If you want something with more shape, curved tension fabric displays do the same job with a softer look. Where the stand is tight, a wide pull up banner can work as the backdrop on its own.

Pull up banners are the easiest kit to fly with, since each one comes in its own carry bag. They're usually too long for cabin bags, so book them into the hold. If you exhibit often, interchangeable pop up banners let you keep the same frame and swap the graphic for each show.

For the counter, a pop up counter gives you a branded front and a surface for a laptop demo, and it folds into a case. If the hotel supplies a table, cover it with a branded stretch fabric table cover or one of our printed tablecloths. Either folds flat into a suitcase and makes the hotel's table part of your stand.

Keep the words short. Your company name, one line on who you help, and what visitors should do next (book a demo, scan for a trial) is plenty. Our tips for designing a roll up banner cover type size and contrast in more detail.

If sustainability is part of your pitch to marketers, our eco friendly range lets your stand back it up. It includes eco friendly pull up banners and recycled rPET lanyards.

DigiMarCon stand checklist

This is the packing list we'd use for any conference stand in a hotel, cut down to what you'll actually use:

  1. Backdrop or fabric wall, with its frame, bag and any spare connectors
  2. One or two pull up banners in their carry bags
  3. Counter or table cover, plus anything you need for demos (laptop, tablet, stands)
  4. Printed lanyards for your team, so visitors can tell who to talk to
  5. Lead capture device or form, chargers and a UK plug adaptor
  6. Product samples or a simple giveaway
  7. A small kit bag: cable ties, tape, scissors, cleaning cloth
  8. Copies of the booking confirmation and the organiser's exhibitor information

Set-up, staffing and dismantling

Get the 2027 build-up and breakdown times from the organiser when you book. Hotels often have limited loading access and fixed times for clearing the room. You'll also need to follow the venue's rules on stand size, electrics, fire safety, deliveries and waste.

Then work backwards from 2 September 2027. We'd want artwork signed off at least four weeks before. Have the finished kit delivered to your office in Ireland early enough to unpack and check it, and leave a week's buffer before it ships or flies. Shipping to Britain adds a step, so ask your courier early what paperwork they'll need. Our post on trade show logistics planning goes through the timeline in more depth.

On staffing, keep at least one person on the stand who can give a demo and answer pricing questions. Rota the rest so everyone gets breaks and can attend a few sessions. The conversations in the coffee queue are often as useful as the ones at the stand.

Measuring whether exhibiting paid off

Decide what success looks like before you book: qualified conversations, demos booked, partnership leads or pipeline created. Then cost the whole trip, not just the stand fee. Flights, hotel nights in central London, freight, design and print, and staff time away from the office all count.

To trace results back to the show, put a QR code on your banner that goes to a landing page made for DigiMarCon, and tag every contact in your CRM. Record each person's role, what they need, when they plan to buy and the next step you agreed. That tells you far more than a count of badge scans. Follow up within two working days, then review meetings and revenue once a normal sales cycle has passed. Our guide to measuring print marketing performance has more on tracking.

FAQs

Is there still a DigiMarCon Ireland?

Not as a separate Dublin event. The last Dublin edition was held at The College Green Hotel Dublin in September 2025. The Irish event is now combined with the UK one as DigiMarCon UK & Ireland, which runs on 2 to 3 September 2027 at the InterContinental London Park Lane Hotel.

What is DigiMarCon?

DigiMarCon is a global series of two-day conferences and exhibitions on digital marketing, media and advertising. Each combines keynotes, panels and master classes with an exhibition of MarTech, AdTech, SaaS and digital tools.

Is exhibiting better than simply attending?

It depends on what you sell. If marketers and agencies are your buyers, a stand gives them a reason to come to you and a place to see a demo. If you mainly want to learn and network, an attendee pass costs far less. Ask for the prospectus and compare the two against your goals.

How should I choose between digital marketing conferences in Ireland?

Look at who attends, not just the speaker list. Ask each organiser for their audience profile, stand sizes and what's included, and check the dates against your own busy periods. Kit that travels well works at most hotel and conference-centre events, which is why we'd invest in a good backdrop and banners you can reuse. Many of the same principles apply at Irish shows like the National Ploughing Championships, Showcase Ireland and the Nevo Electric Vehicle Show.

How many visitors and leads can I expect?

The organiser doesn't publish attendee or exhibitor numbers for the UK and Ireland event. Ask for audience figures when you request the prospectus, and set your lead targets on quality rather than volume.
