All nine sizes share the same 2.3 m height. Widths: 85 cm, 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m, and 6 m. The 85 cm to 1.5 m range fits podium areas and product demos. The 2 m to 3 m widths cover a standard exhibition booth back wall. The 4 m to 6 m options work as full-width stage backdrops and press walls.
The frame is a lightweight tubular aluminium frame with numbered poles that snap together without tools, making the zipper-wall straight system portable and quick to assemble. The soft knit polyester textile graphic is printed with water-based, solvent-free dye sublimation inks, producing vibrant, smooth colour. The fabric is double-sided and foldable, closed with a zipper around the frame for a sleek, clean, tension-held finish. Everything packs into the included padded carry bag.
Artwork
We print in full colour using dye sublimation, which bonds ink into the polyester fibres for a matte finish that minimises glare under flash and stage lighting. Supply artwork at 150 DPI in CMYK with 20 mm bleed. Keep text clear of the zipper closure area along the bottom edge. We provide size-specific templates.
Every order includes a free artwork check covering resolution, bleed, colour accuracy, and logo placement. If you need design support, we offer a concept-to-print service that keeps your brand consistent across display stands, printed tablecloths, and branded flags.
Delivery
Standard production takes three to five working days from proof approval. Next-day delivery is available in Dublin for orders approved before midday, and we ship nationwide with a tracked courier service. The wall arrives in its padded carry bag, protecting the frame and fabric in transit and storage.

What is the difference between a straight and a curved zipper wall?
A straight wall produces a flat, seamless backdrop better suited to photography and modular line-ups. A curved zipper wall wraps around your stand for a more enclosed feel. Choose straight when you plan to photograph against it or need multiple units side by side.
Can I wash the fabric, and will the colours last?
Yes. Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle and air dry flat. Dye sublimation bonds colour into the fibres, so the graphic stays vibrant wash after wash.
Do I need a new stand when my branding changes?
No. The aluminium frame is a long-term investment. Order a replacement textile graphic and zip it onto the same frame. We keep your artwork on file for easy reordering.
How long does setup take?
Numbered poles and tool-free assembly let one person assemble smaller sizes in roughly five to ten minutes. For the 4 m to 6 m widths, a second pair of hands makes stretching the fabric over the frame easier.
Is this display suitable for outdoor events?
It is designed for indoor use at exhibitions and conferences. For outdoor events, consider branded gazebos or teardrop banners engineered for exposed conditions.
