Sizes and Materials
Our printed barrier covers fit standard 2.3m and 2.5m crowd control barriers. The 2.3m cover measures approximately 2200 x 900 mm; the 2.5m version is 2400 x 900 mm. Non-standard barrier sizes? Send us the dimensions and we will confirm fit.
PVC banner is cost-effective and durable with UV print in full colour. Must be rolled for storage, so it suits one-off events or permanent installations. Foldable polyester airmesh (115 gsm) is lightweight mesh that folds flat without creasing, ideal for repeat events and touring kits. Dye-sublimation printing gives vivid colour that is machine washable. Eco-friendly PVC-free banner is the recyclable alternative for councils and green-certified events, with the same print quality as standard PVC.

Upload print-ready files or brief our in-house design team. Supply artwork in CMYK at 150 DPI or higher with vector logos and 10 mm bleed. We send a PDF proof for approval before large format banner printing begins.
Delivery
We produce crash barrier covers at our facility south of Dublin. Next-day delivery is available in Dublin, with nationwide delivery across Ireland. Let us know your event date and quantity when requesting a quote so we can confirm turnaround. Polyester covers store flat between events; PVC covers should be rolled to avoid crease lines.
