A1 & A0 Pavement Signs

Heavy-duty, double-sided pavement signs built for Irish weather. Sometimes called an A-board or waterbase pavement sign, each unit features a snap frame for quick poster changes, a waterproof frame with steel backing, and a fillable base with integrated wheels.

Sizes and Materials

The A1 pavement sign accepts standard A1 posters (594 × 841 mm). The A0 pavement sign takes A0 posters (841 × 1,189 mm) for maximum visibility. Both use a 32mm profile snap frame in steel with an antiglare PVC poster cover. Steel springs and hinge locking arms allow controlled panel movement in windy conditions rather than toppling. The robust plastic base can be filled with water or sand for stability, and integrated wheels let you roll the pavement stand in and out daily. The whole unit is durable enough for permanent outdoor use yet lightweight when empty.

You can use your own custom A1 posters or A0 prints. The snap frame allows easy poster change, so you can customise your signage whenever campaigns change. For best results, supply print-ready PDFs at 300 DPI in CMYK with 3 mm bleed. We produce full colour printed posters and check every file before printing. Do you offer double sided pavement signs?

Yes. Both sizes are double-sided, so your board is visible to foot traffic from either direction, ideal for forecourts and busy pavements.

What types of pavement signs work best in harsh weather conditions?

Look for a spring system, a weighted base, and a waterproof frame. Our A1 and A0 signs offer all three. The steel springs absorb gusts, and the base filled with water or sand keeps the sign stable in windy conditions. In severe storms, bring your signage indoors.
