Sizes and Materials

We can customise any size required. For standard sizes, our runners fit common Irish trestle tables (4ft, 6ft, and 8ft). A runner width of 30–40cm and a front drop of 30–40cm keeps your logo visible to passing visitors. Each custom table runner is printed on polyester with a smooth, matte finish and good drape. The fabric is wrinkle-resistant and fully hemmed at every edge to prevent fraying and give a clean, straight line.

Artwork

Upload vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) for the sharpest results, or supply high-resolution PNG/JPEG at minimum 150 DPI. Set your colour profile to CMYK. Include a bleed area of at least 10mm so the design prints edge-to-edge on the finished product. We check every file before production and send you a proof to approve, so there are no surprises with your custom table.

Delivery

Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from artwork approval. Next day delivery is available in Dublin, and nationwide shipping across Ireland takes 1–2 additional days. We can deliver directly to venues and exhibition centres. For events, build in a two-day buffer to allow for proof approval and any artwork revisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are custom printed table runners machine washable?

Yes. Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C with mild detergent. You can tumble dry on low heat, though air drying is best. The water-based inks maintain vibrant colours even after repeated washing.

Can I iron my printed table runner?

Iron on a low setting with a thin cloth over the print. The polyester is naturally wrinkle-resistant, so rolling for storage rather than folding reduces creasing.

How is each table runner printed?

Each runner is printed using a full colour process with water-based inks. The ink bonds to the fibres, so it will not crack or peel. Water-based inks are lower in odour than solvent alternatives, which matters at indoor events.

What size fits a standard trestle or trade show table?

Most Irish exhibition trestle tables are 6ft (183cm) or 8ft (244cm). We recommend 30–40cm width and 30–40cm front drop. Tell us your table dimensions, and we will customise the runner to fit.

Are your customised table runners fire retardant?

Fire-retardant fabric is available on request. Many Irish venues require textile displays to meet fire safety standards. Let us know your venue’s requirements when ordering, particularly for events at the RDS or Convention Centre Dublin.
