Each ships as a complete kit: tubular aluminium frame, custom-printed fabric graphic and a padded carry bag. The frame is a 30 mm aluminium tube frame that push-fits together without tools. Numbered sections make assembly obvious, and stabilising feet keep the stand upright on level floors. The fabric graphic is a one-piece stretch polyester fabric sock printed using a dye sublimation fabric printing process that bonds ink into the fibres of the fabric. Colours stay vibrant through repeated use and the printed fabric is machine washable at 30 °C without fading.

To take down, reverse the steps. Everything fits back into the carry bag, which is compact enough for a car boot. These display stands are designed for indoor use. The lightweight aluminium frame is not built for wind, and the fabric can act as a sail in gusty conditions. For sheltered outdoor areas such as a covered forecourt or marquee, they can work short-term. For fully exposed settings, branded flags and outdoor displays are purpose-built for weather resistance.
