Sizes and Materials

Curved tension fabric display stands use a lightweight 30mm diameter tubular aluminium frame with push-fit numbered sections that click together without tools. Common Formulate curved fabric display sizes include:

• 2.4m: 2350 mm wide × 2380 mm high × 500 mm deep, frame weight approximately 3.3 kg
• 3.0m: 2950 mm wide × 2380 mm high × 500 mm deep, frame weight approximately 3.6 kg
• 6.0m: 5910 mm wide × 2380 mm high × 900 mm deep, frame weight approximately 7 kg

You can choose single or double-sided fabric graphics. A double-sided option works well when your stand is visible from both directions in an open-plan hall. If you need a larger display area, two stands can be clipped together to form a wider back wall.

Assembly and Setup

Tool-free assembly is one of the main reasons exhibitors prefer curved tension fabric displays over rigid panel systems. The aluminium frame sections are numbered and bungee-corded, so they connect in sequence with a simple push-fit action. One or two people can build the frame and zip the fabric graphic on in roughly ten to fifteen minutes.

Lay out all frame parts before you start, and zip the fabric from the base upward for even tension. Stabilising feet keep the stand steady in busy venues. The whole unit packs into a padded carry bag that fits in most car boots, making it easy to transport to events around Ireland.

Printing and Artwork

We print curved tension fabric graphics using a dye-sublimation printing process. The dye bonds into the polyester stretch fabric at a molecular level, producing vivid, Pantone-accurate colour that will not crack, peel, or fade with repeated use.

The fabric graphic zips on and off the frame, so you can order replacement graphics for new campaigns without buying a new frame.

Turnaround and Delivery (Ireland)

Every curved tension fabric display is printed on-site at our Dublin production facility. Standard turnaround is three to five working days from artwork approval. Talk to us about rush production if your event is approaching fast.

How do I clean the fabric graphic?

Remove the fabric from the frame and machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30 °C, then hang to dry. The dye-sublimation print is embedded in the fibres, so it holds up to washing without fading.

Our display fabrics meet NSAI-recognised fire-retardant standards commonly required by Irish exhibition venues. If your venue specifies a particular rating, let us know when ordering and we will confirm compliance.
