We print Diabond signs in any custom size up to 10ft x 5ft (3,048mm x 1,524mm), whether you need a single board or a wide range of panels for a full hoarding run. The material itself is an aluminium composite sheet, two thin aluminium skins bonded to a solid polyethene core, which gives it excellent strength without heavy weight. At 3mm thick, each board is rigid enough for outdoor use yet lightweight on-site.

Every Diabond sign we produce is laminated as standard. You can select either a matte finish, which reduces glare and suits indoor exhibition lighting, or a gloss finish for high-impact visuals and stronger colour pop. Both options protect the print from scuffs and help the sign last longer in demanding conditions.

Upload your design as a print-ready PDF at the final size with 3mm bleed on all sides. We also accept AI, EPS, TIFF and JPG files. Set your artwork to CMYK colour mode at 150 DPI for large format sign board printing, or 300 DPI if viewed at close range.
