Corriboard is the go-to material for short to medium-term outdoor signage where cost matters more than permanence. Corriboard is made from lightweight corrugated PVC with a fluted core, sometimes called correx. The 5mm sheet is what most customers order for general outdoor signage. Choose 10mm for larger boards or exposed, windy locations where extra rigidity is essential. We print in full colour onto high-grade vinyl applied directly to the surface, giving vibrant colour reproduction for photographs and graphic-heavy designs. Lamination adds scratch resistance and is cost-effective for boards you plan to reuse.
Artwork Guidelines
Submit your file as a print-ready PDF in CMYK colour space. We also accept AI, EPS, TIFF, JPG, and PNG. Set resolution to 300 DPI at full size for A2 and A1. For A0 and above, 150 DPI is acceptable given the greater viewing distance.
Add 3mm bleed on all sides and keep text within the safe area, at least 5mm inside the trim line. Outline all fonts to prevent substitution. For roadside signs, use high-contrast colours and large fonts. If you are unsure your artwork is print-ready, upload it and our team will check before production.

We are based south of Dublin with next-day delivery available in the Dublin area and fast turnaround on nationwide orders across Ireland. Standard production is 2–3 working days. Frequently Asked Questions
Are corriboard signs waterproof for Irish weather?
Yes. Corriboard is a plastic PVC material, not cardboard, so it will not absorb water or warp. The surface is UV resistant and colours hold up well in direct sunlight. Adding lamination extends the sign’s lifespan further.
What thickness should I choose for a large outdoor sign?
For boards up to A1, 5mm is sufficient. For A0 and larger, 10mm provides the rigidity needed to withstand wind. If the sign will be mounted flat against a wall, 5mm can work at larger sizes.
How do I fix corriboard signs outdoors?
Cable ties are the standard method for fences and railings. You can also screw through the board using washers, or use wooden stakes through the flutes for ground-mounted signs. Always add extra fixings on larger boards to prevent wind damage.
