Sizes and Materials

The promotional counter stands 875 mm tall, a comfortable working height for serving samples. With the header panel fitted, max dimensions reach 800 x 440 x 2,200 mm, which fits a standard supermarket promo bay or aisle end.

The body uses durable polypropylene panels with hinged folding joints, making this a lightweight promotional unit that is portable yet sturdy. The countertop and shelves are high-impact polystyrene, and the printed graphic panels have a laminate finish to protect your branding. The header sits on aluminium poles above the counter display. Inside, an internal shelf stores backup stock, cups, napkins, or leaflets out of sight. The whole unit weighs around 10 kg and folds into a zipped nylon carry bag.

Artwork

We supply a print-ready template for the front panel, side panels, and header graphic. Artwork should be high-resolution PDF or EPS at 300 DPI in CMYK, with 3 mm bleed. If you do not have a designer, our in-house graphic design service can create the artwork from your logo, brand colours, and a design brief. Replacement panels can be ordered separately to refresh your branding for a different campaign.

Delivery

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval. Next-day delivery is available in the Dublin area for orders confirmed before midday. We deliver nationwide, with most orders outside Dublin arriving within 1 to 2 days of dispatch.

How long does it take to set up?

The demo counter is easy to assemble and easy-to-use, designed for tool-free assembly by one person. The polypropylene panels fold out, the countertop and shelf slot into place, and the header poles push-fit together. Most users have it ready in under five minutes. Assembly and pack-down are equally quick.

Will this fit in a car for transport?

Yes. Folded into its carry bag, the portable counter fits in the boot of most cars. At around 10 kg, it is lightweight enough for one person to carry between retail environments using the shoulder strap.

Can I update the branding for different campaigns?

You can order replacement printed panels without buying a new counter. We print them to the same laminate-finished specifications, so swapping takes only a few minutes.

What floor space do I need?

The counter footprint is 800 x 440 mm. Allow roughly 600 mm behind for staff and 1,000 mm in front for customer flow. It fits comfortably as a small stand in a supermarket aisle or at an exhibition.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

The counter works well indoors and in sheltered outdoor settings. For exposed or windy sites, our heavy duty counter stand offers greater durability.
