Choosing the right size and shape

Size the wall to your stand, not your logo. Measure the width, height and floor depth, leave room for a counter and visitors, and check the organiser's stand rules before you order. On an open or island stand, a curved wall or C booth gives people something to step into. Where the back of the wall faces an aisle, we'd go double sided, which costs nothing extra on our zipper walls. Short on space? See our small stand ideas.

Materials and finishes

Our backdrops are stretch polyester printed by dye-sublimation, so the colour is in the fibres and the fabric comes out of the bag without creases. The matte finish on our zipper walls cuts glare under flash and stage lighting. Eco zipper walls use water-based inks on OEKO-TEX certified fabric and machine wash at 30°C. All are made for indoor halls. If your venue needs fire-rated fabric, tell us when you ask for a quote.

Turnaround and delivery

We print everything at Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, with over 20 years' experience in large-format print and display. Most orders are produced and delivered within a working week, and next-day delivery is available on many. We courier overnight to your office or the venue, so give us your show date when you order. Artwork and ordering

People read a backdrop from across the hall, so keep it simple: bold, on-brand colours, one message, a large logo above counter height, and high-resolution images. Keep text clear of the zip line, edges and corners. Send a print-ready CMYK PDF to size and we'll check it, or our design team can set it up from your logo (there may be a small charge, quoted first).

Can I reuse the frame with new graphics?

Yes. For your next campaign, order a replacement fabric graphic only.
